Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at vikinghills7@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
