A beautiful knife. I am almost afraid to use because of the sharpness.
I have bought a few nice Damascus blades in the past, and I tend to use one from this company, the most.I love the Damascus patterning and beautiful intricate inlays in the tang...This one was a gift. They have told me, numerous times since, that this is their favorite kitchen knife.
I love this knife! It does all the work! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my dominant hand is weak and deformed. This knife works so much better than the old, cheap, paring knife I was using to cut fruit. I actually look forward to using it every day! It is well worth the cost. I could have bought a more expensive knife, and it would not work any better than this one. Great knife!
