Knife had a beautiful finish, get compliments on it and the other veggie knife I got also. Sharp as a scalpel so be careful! Makes paring fruit easy, a joy to use and is comfortable in the hand. Would highly recommend!
The size of this knife makes one think that its only for detailing meat, doing vegetables or slicing fruit; it does all that and much more. This is my go to knife for all kinds of cutting, fine mincing, presentation cutting and it's VERY sharp. The handle is so easy to grip and the design is something that caught the eye of many a coworker I had in the kitchen. The blade is butter through most anything, one of my favorite knives. Such a shame someone I let borrow lost it, its absolute beautiful design and UTILITY make it a 9.5/10 knife!!

Super sharp…solid and heavy.I have some more expensive knives. This is just as sharp. Holds the edge. I like the sharp pointed precision tip. You have to take care of the edge… cut/chop on wooden boards.
