Elegant design, comfortable to carry on belt due to its light weight, great and snug kydex sheath, very sharp out of the box, great for cutting small to medium size wood and camping chores, perfect for food prep. A very versatile and affordable camping/ bushcraft do it all knife.
I love the knife I just don’t know if it’s a knock off or not. When things are made in china I can’t be positive that it’s real.
It became a 5-stars knife once I sanded the handles down ! As for the steel , I cut up the box a full size refrigerator came in ! And the blade was still as sharp as when I started . This was very thick cardboard too .Thanks "keenking"
I like the first Hyenas well enough to have ordered a 2nd labeled as used verry good condition that will be here tomorrow. Ned got style and practical nailed on this one the handel is comfortable the first one showed up sharp enough to shave your bushcraft. no chaff.
