This is an incredible axe for collectors to display. Heavy, so well-made, and the attention to detail blew me away.This axe isn't meant for actually chopping anything. It is a display or cosplay item, but one of the best I've seen. I plan to mount mine on the wall as the blade is somewhat sharp.The shipping box was insufficient; it arrived mostly crushed with one end opened and I was worried the axe was damaged, but it was okay. I realize things like this are awkward to ship but there was no effort put into making sure it was packaged well enough to arrive safely. The fact it did seems very lucky. That aside, I give the axe itself 5 stars.
This axe is very solid for a display piece. The materials seem nice and sturdy, and the finish is beautiful. Unlike a lot of other similar pieces, this one is actually made out of real wood and metal. It's a great-looking piece and would look great hung up in a living room or bedroom. It would also work well for cosplay.
